• Factors that affect the availability and affordability of insurance
• What makes up an insurance premium and tips for saving on insurances
• Contacting an insurer regarding financial hardship and what extra care is available
• Who is buying what types of insurances and steps for prioritizing choices when limited funds are available.

NB – ICNZ covers general insurance which is all types of insurance other than life and health.
