Introducing Te Tāpapa Webinar for financial mentors
Please join us for on introductory session on how to use Te Tāpapa: Introducing the first pou of Te Tāpapa: Mahi Tika, Mahi Āwhina, Mahi Rangatira | Competencies and Standards These competency and standards provide the starting point, or tipu, for sector professionalisation, creating a shared understanding of the skills required to be a financial mentor in Aotearoa New Zealand. These documents identify the key components for a qualifications and training programme for financial mentors. They support both individual mentors in their career development and organisations in building effective, skilled teams.
This session is for all Financial Mentors interested in how these competencies and standards can be incorporated into their practice.
