Introducing Te Tāpapa Webinar for service managers

Introducing the First Pou of Te Tāpapa: Mahi Tika, Mahi Āwhina, Mahi Rangatira | Competencies and Standards These competency and standards provide the starting point, or tipu, for sector professionalisation, creating a shared understanding of the skills required to be a financial mentor in Aotearoa New Zealand.   These documents identify the key components for a qualifications and training programme for financial mentors. They support both individual mentors in their career development and organisations in building effective, skilled teams. Please join us for an introductory session on how to use Te Tāpapa - core and specialist competency standards: This session is for all Service Managers interested in how these competencies and standards can be applied in their practice. We have also sent an invite to Financial Mentors to attend a similar session on Monday 29 September 2:00-3:30pm. Please allow them time to attend this session.  If you are unable to join us for this session, a recording will be available on Te Papa Hou later. You can keep up to date with information on Te Papa Hou or in the FinCap Pānui (next one is due out in October). You will find the Competencies and Standards on Te Papa Hou: Te Tāpapa – Introducing the first pou – Te Papa Hou If you have any additional questions about Te Tāpapa, please email tetapapa@fincap.org.nz
