A brief bio from Helen : I joined Dun & Bradstreet in 2018 and have been with the business through the rebrand to Milton Graham and the subsequent merger with Recoveries Corp Australia.   My prior life was over 20 years in Customer Service, Credit and Collections in the banking and finance sector.  Over the last 5 years in particular we have transformed our approach to collections to be focused on our social responsibility to provide those New Zealanders who are experiencing financial difficulty with support to establish sustainable outcomes, and I am looking forward to the opportunity to meet with financial mentors & participate in the Communities of Practice Webinar.     What to expect :
