Work & Income Workshop: Navigating a Hostile Environment
The W&I environment is becoming increasingly hostile to clients. To support you in your work to assist clients trying to navigate the system and the communication issues, I (Kathryn Burton) am offering this workshop in July:
Work and Income – Navigating a Hostile Environment – Thursday 17th July starting at 1pm for 3 hours – $100
This session has been designed for those who are confident in the basic knowledge of the benefit system and want more knowledge and tools to support their clients who are being unfairly treated by W&I. We will cover the Review of Decision process in depth as well as digging into areas W&I are routinely mis-applying the law with strategies clients can use to receive their legal entitlements.
