Supervision Training Module One via Zoom
Supervision is a vital component of FMIC for a new financial mentor as new learning and skills are embedded in the provisional period. Supervisors also assess the FMIC micro-credential.
Join us for Supervision training to develop your skills and knowledge in guiding a new financial mentor to success, using best practice and completing their provisional training.
There are two courses (module 1 and module 2) to complete via zoom. Each module is 4-4 ½ hours depending on discussions.
Module 1 focuses on:
- identifying the definition of supervision
- exploring & understanding the aims of provision
- understanding the supervision process
- understanding key tasks in supervision.
Join facilitator Natasha Nicolson-Samuel to work through the processes and purpose of Supervision of financial mentors.
