Supervision Training Module Two via zoom

Supervision is a vital component of FMIC for a new financial mentor as new learning and skills are embedded in the provisional period. Join us for Supervision zoom training to develop your skills and knowledge in guiding a new financial mentor to success and using best practice. Supervision Module 2 builds on from Supervision Module 1. Module one focuses on processes, and module two focuses on guiding a learning journey and mentoring the mentor. Module 2 covers:

• understanding the role of a supervisor
• facilitating reflective practice
• developing wellness techniques
• identifying steps to take when a FM is not coping.

This course is based around a group exploration of concepts so runs longer than module 1. Facilitator: Natasha Nicolson-Samuel will send you the zoom invite. Resource books There are resource books for each modules.  Module 2 booklet are posted in a resource pack along with Module 1 booklet to make it as cost effective as possible. If you need only the Module 2 booklet, please contact Donna to organise that to be sent to you. Cost will be dependent on postage costs, approximately $15.
