Suggestions for Client Voices

It doesn't matter how good a data base is there will always be room for improvement. I would like to see suggestions posted here so that the number of 'likes' will give an indication of the popularity of  that feature. Here are a couple of starters:
  • Appointments screen. Click on the client's name will take you to that page (as in the Dashboard screen)
  • No Shows entered from the Appointments screen  do not appear in the CSV downloads (reports screen)

I have another one:
  • Appointments screen. Attendance/Status. Can we have a third alternative of Apology or Cancelled. Sometimes the client will cancel an appointment early enough for it not to be a No Show. There is no problem if they reschedule.

Can we set up an "auto-save" for client notes? At the moment they can disappear without trace if we leave them and come back to them, or even while we're writing in them!

Is possible to have a 'Preferred Name' when creating creating a new client profile.  As we use the legal name provided on their photo ID.  But for few of our clients they are not known by their legal names.    Eg.  Client's name is Alex but prefers to be called Leo

The ethnicity section of Client Voices doesn't allow for more than one ethnicity - can this be changed please?
