It’s awesome to see such active engagement from Service Managers on the Te Tāpapa Mahi Tika, Mahi Ä€whina, Mahi Rangatira Competencies and Standards pou.

These documents are guides and while not mandatory, we encourage Service Managers to use them going forward to align with the professional workforce development framework being rolled out over the next five years.
