A warm welcome to your service managers’ discussion forum.  Membership is open to service managers of financial mentoring organisations affiliated to FinCap.  

Set up initially off the back of a Service Managers' Community of Practice hui, we hope this forum is a useful place for Service Managers to share tools, ideas and challenges, speak freely and offer genuine feedback in a supportive environment that reflects whanaungatanga, kotahitanga, auahatanga and pono/tika. This forum is designed with self-monitoring by service managers in mind.  

Service managers are an integral part of our Te Tāpapa professionalised workforce development journey, and we look forward to using this forum as an additional channel to post Te Tāpapa related documents specific to service managers.

Documents and Webinars are two posts pinned to the top of this forum. Under documents you’ll have access to all the documents shared at service managers’ CoPs, and under Webinars you can access links to previous service managers’ CoP recordings. We hope these are helpful!
