A warm welcome to all our valued supervisors. Firstly, I want to express my gratitude to Jan for being the catalyst in rebooting and re-energising our Supervision Community of Practice. I also deeply appreciate the time, energy, and passion each of you brings to your role, to our new financial mentors, and to the journeys they are undertaking.

The financial mentor role is not an easy one. Your support—walking alongside them—enhances their knowledge, strengthens their practice, and builds their confidence.

You may wish to discuss within your CoP how you’ll make the most of this forum. However you choose to use it, please take the opportunity to have your say, share your wisdom, and explore new ideas and ways to best support your teams and new financial mentors.
